Gavin Lendon BA (hons) ACA

Gavin Lendon worked in the City for over 19 years in both the public and private sectors after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1991. 

Gavin has prepared business cases for large scale projects including the power network and ticketing barriers for London Underground and for various NHS trusts in the development of their real estate strategies. Gavin has represented London Underground as part of a European wide harmonisation project in Brussels. 

In addition, Gavin has held a wide range of board level appointments.  Through his roles he has worked for multinationals and start up businesses applying the same consistent professional approach.

Gavin’s experience covers a wide range of industries including charities, defence, education, finance, health, justice, manufacturing, real estate, retail, social housing & transportation.

Over the last decade Gavin has continued to successfully raise finance for clients whilst also working with the to refine, develop and achieve their strategic vision by working with management to grow the business in an effective and efficient manner.

Ellen Little BSc (Hons), ACA, AMCT

Ellen Little has provided financial and commercial advisory services to clients since 2001, and was part of the Ernst & Young LLP Infrastructure Advisory team until June 2010.  

Her focus has been across a range of sectors including housing, education, health, courts, the blue light sector and street lighting.  

She has excellent financial modelling and finance raising experience working on a range of assignments from inception through to financial close.

Ellen also has experience of leading financial reviews for the public sector.  For example, she has been responsible for the review of Foundation Trust applications to Monitor.

Rebecca Judson BSc (Hons), ACA

Rebecca Judson has been advising clients as part of the Ernst & Young LLP team for over six years.  

Rebecca has advised a range of clients involved in a range of sectors including education, health, courts, blue light and street lighting.  

Rebecca’s skills include financial modelling and business case preparation.  She has strong relationships within a number of central government departments, e.g. Communities and Local Government, the Home Office and Partnerships for Schools.

Rebecca also has significant experience of other methods of funding.  For example, she advised on Liverpool City Council’s JESSICA fund whilst at Ernst & Young.

Melony Pentreath BSc (Hons), ACA

Melony Pentreath was part of the Ernst & Young LLP team until August 2010.  

Melony provides financial and commercial advice across a range of sectors including health, education, courts, transport and housing.  

Melony has experience of advising on a range of public procurement routes and has worked on projects from business case preparation through to financial close. 

Rob Gill

Rob Gill has been involved with the Health Sector since 1998 with United Medical Enterprises. 

After 8 successful years including leading 15 projects in the UK and the Middle East, Rob joined Sir Robert McAlpine.  

Since departing Sir Robert McAlpine, Rob has developed a varied client base ranging from all aspects of the public sector (including large NHS Trusts and local authorities), local and national charities and some of Europe’s largest companies.

Rob’s roles have included real estate strategy, brand consultancy, raising funds through grants and direct funding although the main thrust of his work has been through bid and tender support including the design, completion and review of tenders.
